Our flagship brand. Beginning our journey from five signature spice blends, Curry's has become home to a variety of Indian-inspired spices and spice-infused snacks.

A range of specialty whole loose-leaf teas and tea blends. Our teas are sourced from local tea importers who select their teas directly from growers around the world and maintain rigorous quality control to ensure freshness and flavor.

The Southwest coast of India has been the cradle of coffee plantations for hundreds of years. Smooth, low-acid, bold flavor - these are the characteristics of our high-quality coffee, made only with single-origin Indian beans.

Ancient Traditions

Indian cuisine is commonly thought of as mystifying, complex, and time consuming. It takes understanding of the flavors that spices impart, knowledge of pairing different flavor ingredients, and following ancient traditions, such as dry roasting and grinding whole spices, just before cooking. At Amez, we aim to follow the traditions of food and the art of ancient cooking. We still dry-roast and hand-blend our spices, use no preservatives nor fillers in any product, and only produce small batches for the freshest flavors and authentic quality.

We dedicate ourselves to sourcing authentic, unadulterated ingredients from local businesses or from small growers in the country of origin. We all share a common commitment to sustainable practices and we all work hard to make our products wholesome and satisfying.

Meet the Team

Gayatri and Sujata, a mother-daughter team with the shared love of adventuring the world and exploring new food cultures, started Amez Infusions as a way of sharing their own traditional food culture with other adventurous souls, and perhaps making Indian cooking a little less daunting for the not-so-adventurous.



A nutritionist-turned-entrepreneur, Gayatri grew up in a family that owned a chain of hospitality businesses across three cities of India. From a young age, she overlooked professional chefs making fresh food from scratch, using exotic spice blends, ground just before cooking. These experiences taught her the importance of offering customers the best possible dining experience, and how the freshness and quality of ingredients made all the difference in the end result of a dish.



Inheriting her love of food from her mother, Sujata was initially hired as the official taste-tester when our flagship line of spices were being developed. She approved of the products so much, she packed up a few jars of the blend every time she went off to college to spice up bland cafeteria food. Now with a background in architecture and graphic design, and a passion for all things food, Sujata is an important part of the team, working behind-the-scenes to make her mother’s creative ideas into a reality.
