Our baked goods are made of butter churned on California family farms, sugar that is unrefined and Non-GMO verified, and unbleached flour. Our flavors and colors are all simple household ingredients – chopped chocolate, warm spices, toasted nuts & seeds, herbs, fruits. Our baking takes inspiration from the simple traditions of baking from scratch and in small batches, paying attention to the flavors, the quality, and the source of each ingredient, so that each bite is one of happiness, from the crust (croûte) to the crumb (miette).
